The architecture in many Mid East countries is simply outstanding and beautiful. Your photos due them justice. U.S architecture seems so bland and unimaginative in comparison.

Thanks very much everyone. Several of these shots aren't possible now and I was starting out on a Nikon D90. How you wish youcould revisit and take the shot again, eh! Sadly not possible.
Shot 9 was literally my first shutter press 'in anger' with the D700 - I knew I was onto a good thing!
Sadly you can't copyright views (!) but 11 and 14 are becoming popular locations in the Dubai photography scene!

What a wonderful series Phil! Your compositional and technical skills really stand out in this group of beautiful images. While not the most breathtaking shot in your great portfolio, the lightening image at the end is incredible! Well done!
