i think my NEX-3 reported all adapted lenses as f/1.0. anybody searching for pics with the canon 50/1 will be sorely disappointed in their search returns.
That plus the only way to use both the Canon EF 50/1.0L and the 200/1.8L is to use a Canon body.
They both focus via wire, thus requiring power even to focus manually.
Though, I guess one could pre-focus on a Canon body, then move the lens to an alt body?

actually the metabones III eos to e-mount adapter should allow canon focus by wire to work on a NEX or a7(r). it should also pass correct lens exif info.

I wish they would make one for the FujiFilm XF mount.
Though Bo Ming has said they won't, though, I don't know why not.
I am not looking for AF, just power.
