Used for almost 3 years at home. Excellent condition, been using the "soft" pencil tips so no scratches on the screen (I still have many many packs left). Although, as you'll find out, there seems to be couple of dust specks INSIDE (between the screen and the actual LCD)
it looks like there's one dead pixel on the top row towards the right side, other than that can't see any other. Although it might actually be a dust particle also, can't tell as it seems to be white pixel/dust (only visible in dark background)
I would prefer a local pickup to save the hassle in shipping this monster. The Cintiq is in Corona (Riverside) but I work in Irvine (OC) California so anywhere in between would be cool.
No box, but I have all the cables, stylus and stand.
