Bought in 2009 but used only a few times. There are some very small paint chips near the mount. I only noticed them after looking very close.
Notes:
1. Price now includes PayPal fees if gift option is not used.
2. Lens does not come with a pouch. I was told that in USA ZE lenses comes with pouch but this is not the case in Israel.
3. If you want the original receipt I can put it in the box on one condition: You must tell me what on earth will you do with a receipt in Hebrew.
4. WA pic just added. If you know Pp I'm sure you can improve it but I thing it's quite good as it is. In fact, if it wasn't MF only I might be tempted to keep it. It's so much smaller than my 135/2.

4. Canon ET-67 lens hood + box - 10$. This is the lens hood for the 100/2.8 USM (non-IS) but it works perfectly on the 60/2.8 without vignetting. The only limitation is that you can not reverse mount it while the 60/2.8 is mounted on the camera. Sold locally.
5. Vanguard VT-180 table tripod - 10$. It is in very good condition save from the QR plate (no rubber padding).
6. Canon LP 1214 pouch - 5$.
7. Two Canon LP 1319 pouches - 5$ each.
8. Logitec wireless USB mouse - 15$.
9. Lodge bag for laptop - 15$. It can hold a 17" MBP without a problem.
10. ET-60 replica lens hood (for 55-250 and 75-300) - Free. Note: It has a crack where it attaches to the body so the connection is not as tight as with a new one.
11. DC to AC inverter - 10$. This one is BNIB. Plastic seal is unbroken.

Edit: Because of many PMs I am highlighting this: Price per item is only relevant to the buyer of the lens. This is because shipping from Israel to USA is about 40-50$ and size and weight has very little to do with it. Sorry.
