I'd have to say 70-300L IS would be the one I am most impressed by - the sharpness over a great range, great IS, and small enough to fit perfectly in my camera bag with the body and a wider angle lens. I love the 70-200 2.8L IS II and 300 2.8 IS too but they don't get as much use as the 70-300.

easy for me, 100mm macro USM. it's the only USM lens I own. and I really like full time manual focus. and the focus ring is awesome compared to my other lens.
I like the 35mm f/2 a lot too, and I can get over the loud focus motor.
70-200 2.8 IS II hands down is THE best lens on the planet, of any brand. If I could only ever have just 3 lenses, it would be three of these. I'd feel like I had three lives!
