The STRONG act is a pro-patent-troll legislation that will cause small businesses to continue to be victimized. The Innovation Act (HR-9), on the other hand, aims to discourage abuse of patents. This is the bill that will help small businesses, and it's the one we should support. We have to make sure the RIGHT one gets put into law.
