I am selling my Nikon 80-200mm f2.8 AF-S lens. The lens is US model, tack sharp and in great shape. It comes with a new Fotodiox hood (it fits better than the original one that I no longer have), front Nikon cap and genetic rear cap, original box with tear, no hard case. Barrel shows minimal wear but there are some scuffs on the tube near the gold ring (see picture 6). It happened when I severed the hood and it rubbed against the tube. Nothing is serious though.
Glasses are flawless. No scratches, no haze/fungus, no visible dust. Focus is fast, smooth and NO squeak at all. Actually, I sent the lens to Authorized Photo Service (APS) in Morton Grove, IL to remove a stuck filter and repair focus jam on August 02, 2011 (http://photo.net/nikon-camera-forum/00UiIQ). It was a small problem. Some got that problem fixed for free but it costs me $365 ; however APS did a full CLA for me. The lens is now in perfect working order. APS service comes with 6 months warranty from August 02, 2011 and I will include the service invoice with the sale for APS warranty.
