I forgot about this thread - I wish that we had subscriptions. In any event, this is a rose from a nursery trip the other day. Taken with the Contax C/Y 35-70 f/3.4 and shot in the Macro Mode range @35mm, f/8 (I think) -

Ha - photographing them is the primary reason that I know any of their names. Usually, I'll call to my wife, "hey honey - what is this?" when I'm uploading to flickr and I realize that I have to title the pic. To my credit, I usually remember after she tells me a couple times.
