Michiel, they are all very impressive (what else is new?), but the third one just dropped my jaw! Amazing DOF for a 100mm, and delicate transition from in focus to OOF. Well done!
You never fail to amaze me, Ronny! Posting after you just seems..... inadequate. One example. A poppy. With a bee. The bee is in focus, like on your picture. But on mine, it is stationary... and to make the gap even greater, you do it with a 180mm lens and tubes. Fortunately the flower season is almost over. You were driving me to drink.
Sebboh - I am really intrigued by your use of the g 28 for close ups. I am going to have to try that.
Everybody, great shots and interesting perspective and a nice variety of lenses.
Here are a couple of shots with the Minolta Zoom 35-70 Macro today. I can't seem to get this lens off my camera.

thanks! i love the angle of view for close ups. you'll have to put it on a tube or something though, it only focuses down to 20" or so on a standard contax g to NEX adapter.
I agree. I use my Elmar 24, and, while it is a fantastic lens with great DOF because of its FL, I wish I had a 28. Considering I have a G, all I need is to use it. What sort of tube do I need?

beats me, i transfered my g28 to a rokkor helicoid and gave it an m-mount as shown here. that is probably outside the realm of what most people are willing to do though. i assume you can get e-mount macro tubes of various lengths from numerous ebay sellers though?
