I'm pretty happy with this one, except fo the strange undulation in focus on the lower left bushes (could be dealt with in Layers in PS, bu this is PS-E pano method). Otherwise, I'm happy with the fence and the background.

I think I may be right with the overexposure problem. I have taken a load of new Scotland photos this week (the ones just posted are from April) and this time am taking care to slightly Underexpose instead of over, hopefully it will retain the colour channels a lot better and result in more accurate colours.
I take it you are not seeing any problems with colour then Carsten? Maybe I am being a little harsh as they are my own photos...
Nothing obvious, but... on some the colours do seem a little muddy, as if there is poor colour resolution, or the white balance is a bit off. The 5DII has a reputation for having a "thin" CFA, but clearly people are able to take great shots anyway, so there must be a way to work around it.
Here are two of the Ottawa skyline both taken from same location - the first pano taken with Zeiss 21 ZE and the 2nd taken with the CZJ Flektogon 35mm f/2.4. Dave
Two from the Cincinnati Museum Center yesterday. Both with Olympus E-M5 with Oly 12/2. (which I had morning light on the first one...this was taken at noon).
I am enjoying this thread, lots of fantastic panos. Here is one of mine taken quite a while back but recently reworked (you might have seen this in landscape forum a while back also).
Taken with D30+EF 28-135. Click on the photo to see it in 100% view and use the slider.
Whats this? 9 shots from rusty 6 mpix camera. Was trying if I can do something like pano and testing possible DR. Apart from that I saw reflection of sunrise, so I simply jumped away from PC, grabed camera and went out of flat to find some higher window.
Found out that graduated ND would be nice and CCDs really doesnt have much DR. And my zoom at 50mm has some distortion.
hello,
do you know why i can't stich pictures without vertical lines? shutter speed, aperture, focal lenght, color temperature is the same. and i made overlap aswell. thx
