The last HDR shots from Zeche Zollern (don't breathe a sigh of relief, there is a whole 'nother set coming from Hansa Kokerei), both with the 50P, at f/3.3 and f/8, respectively, both with 5 shots:
Light Painting with 55W Halogen. And yes, Dämmerung is called Blaue Stunde by artists. But the shot is NOT taken at Blaue Stunde. It was dark night. Pitch black. Long time exposure.
And btw you know the place. The tree you portraiyed is in my back.
Luka, great photo of that single tree. I like how the different components come togheter in the photo. I also remember a photo of a truck many pages back and I think that the CY 50/1.4 looks like a great lens.
Carsten, some impressive HDR work where I think like the small train the best. I have tried it myself several times but never got the hang of it.
Me too That is one reason I wanted to take this course. Not wanting to pursue a style isn't going to stop me from wanting to figure it out. There could be something useful in there. I am playing a bit with how much HDR style you can add to a photo before it is obviously not realistic. Some of these shots show this. Others are just plain over the top The locations are of course the other reason. Great locations. And just hanging out with some fellow photographers.
