I've been trying to decide which M 90 to get, and there are many to choose from, I read Lloyd's review last night of the Macro Elmar, but I think this pic and those of your girl have tipped the scales, though I think I like the size of the Elmarit a bit more.
Thanks for posting such great shots. Any chance you could post a crop? Thx.

Thanks LightShow.

The 90 AA is a massive lens for m mount, but it is still half the volume of a DSLR equivalent.

Here is the crop. Let me know if you need anything else.

Pages of fantastic images to catch up on!

MC Tele Rokkor 135/3.5:

Should I remove the hints of magenta/purple at the edges of the feather? Not sure whether it's CA or just some light effect (shot wide open into evening sun):

Probably FDn 24/2.8 (maybe FDn 35/2). Not sure how critically sharp these are, or should be (I find landscape hard to judge, I can't seem to tell how sharp far away grass etc. detail should be.)

90 Cron AA / Nex 6

This second one is funny. The intense looking chap spotted me taking his picture, quickly gave him a 'umm, you're in my frame look'... phew!!

Looks like he's about to take out a revolver and shoot me!

Presumably reaching for his cigarette lighter, but yeah, it's a great "Reservoir Dogs" moment! Nice shallow DoF too, a hint of 3D?!

And thanks for your advice/opinion!

I had an opportunity over the weekend to use my new Zeiss 32mm Touit. Here are a few.

Yes, I was about two feet away from this seagull. It is cropped a bit. He seemed to not be bothered in the slightest.

And here are a few more with other lenses.

With the CY 80-200:

This one was taken with the Sony/Zeiss 24, with my hand stuck out of the window of the car. (I wasn't driving!):

These two are also with the 24:

Nice!, those look like zeiss shots. Could you say what the aperture was on the seagull shot?

Seems, like I don't reach infinity with speed booster and in the first aperture was too wide.

There is a method on how to adjust for infinity on the Metabones website
