I personally like it... Not awfully sharp... I just bumped the contrast up a bit from the raw file... Didn't push the colors... I really love this new lens.

Not crazy about this one because my eyes want to go to the brightest spot which is the sky. Because neither the buildings nor cars are particularly in focus or sharp, that tendency is emphasized.

kinda reminds me of a photo i took in the middle of 6th ave a while back...i think yours may have turned out better if it was all in focus, kinda looks like it was almost taken by accident when the camera was at your side or something...

for kicks, here's mine

I would pull back the highlights for more detail in the sky. Additionally, you might consider reducing the luminance of the blues. Finally, I think you should consider some edge sharpening to reduce some of the softness.
I like the angle and the bright yellow cabs.

I was wondering about that, too. Must be a senior moment on the OP's part.

Doh.. Sorry yes senior moment... It wasn't taken by accident but I am still getting used to the funky focusing on the voigtlander 15mm.. My first M mount lens.. I was crossing the street grabbed the camera when I saw the sky but the light was turning green.. Wish it was sharper

Boris,
I didn't know you were shooting with a Leica these days? Or do you have it mounted on something else?
I have that same lens and really enjoy shooting with it.

I wish... I can't justify a Leica as much as I really really want one... Poor Mans Leica EP-2

I'm getting the 35 1.4 next week... I was going to get the 1.2 but its too big...
