Thanks JochenB, Luka and Bob.

JochenB - the moon just adds so much to your shot.
Luka - very nice
Bob - Both color and b&w versions look great. Think I like #4 the best !

Wow, awesome stuff over the last few pages. Bob - great HDR shots, the B&W work better for me, the last one is my favorite!

They are cool Bob. I love the first one & wish that chain mesh fence wasn't in the 3rd.

Thanks Mike. I wish it weren't there either along with the construction barrels on the right side but the opportunity was there so better to get the shot in the first place.

Bob - The first shot is great. Symmetry works and the box light on the water... WOW

Nice auto shots!

Here's another color vs B&W series with the Distagon 15/2.8. All are 5 shot HDR with NIK HDR Efex Pro 2.

Bob, green themed bridge shot (#3?) and its BW spin are excellent. Lovin that 15mm!

Akul, really cool tree shot. The geometry set up in it keeps the eye exploring it for a very long time. Very nice!

FrancoisXavier, first car shot is grand. Reminds me of Bond.

User222, shot of can on table has tremendous presence.

MikeW, BW image of leaf plus reflection is simply superb. Minimalism to max effect.

Thanks, wish I could take credit. My girlfriend's been hanging around with me too much and has started picking up the camera. Just the other day I was listening to one of her friends talk about how he was in the market for a dslr with a zoom lens. She got a weird look on her face and said "you want a ZOOOOM lens?!!?!". There's no way I couldn't help but grin

Cool costal cityscape, I like the depth of buildings in the background. Is that post storm wreckage or was it always like that?

Is it just me or is the colours (or something else) funky in this photo? Can't seem to get it natural looking.
