This is another of my older images. It was taken at Kissena Park here in New York City with a tripod mounted P&S. I used fill flash as the sun was coming through the fog from the other side.

It's not what you shot it with - it always comes down to what you actually shot. A very nice one in this case Morris. It's amazing that your P&S flash even reached the goose in this instance but it looks like it got just enough light in there to make the result work.

Quite lovely indeed, Morris. The hazy light is wonderful and that's a super catch of the goose stretching to greet the day.
