Hi folks,

I had a friend of a friend come over for a practise photo shoot. She was a joy to work with. So what do you think?

Enjoy!
Owen

3,4,5,8 (minus the coat...unless she digs it?) and the collage catch my eye. I would dodge out the background on the 4 images in the collage. Nice series for just having fun.

I like the smiles in the last shot/s. Natural and having a good time.

Thanks for the feedback.

Hatch, she liked the coat and we were trying to copy another shot.

Nice shots - and lucky doesn't describe having a friend who looks like that to practice on!

I like the outfit in #7 (save for the green shoes) and the posing in 1 and 8 the most (except for the coat in #8).

Awesome shots - beautiful model and great smoothness to the images. I've been playing around with some home studio stuff with the 5D II and 85 1.2L.. what f stop were you using for the ones you did with the 85? Can't seem to see the exif data.

Thanks!

f8.0, 1/200s going for sharpness, IQ

Wow - I don't think you need that aperture for sharpness with that lens.

Really nice images though.

Very nice shots of a very pretty girl. We all wish we had friends that good looking although my wife might disagree

Good light, good variety of poses and expressions.
