Here are some from Salzburg City a few days ago. Unfortunately weather was overcasted, but you have to take things as the case may be .
First one shows the "Dreifaltigkeitskirche" and "Schloss Mirabell" in the background with some nice autumnal trees. Second one was made when walking up to "Kapuzinerberg" with the "Sebastianskirche" in background in autumn impression. I hope you enjoy this landscape trip.

Hello Karl, I'd day the overcast worked well to bring out the colors. Thanks for sharing the stroll.

Beautiful and fascinating old world architecture, Karl. I like the glimpse of the city thru the trees, too. Thanks for the look.

Hi, Karl. Nice shots. Makes me want to visit there. But, please don't ask me to pronounce those names.

Cheers,
Ed

Hi Ed, thank you for your comment. When you come here you will have to pronounce those names until you are in danger to get lost

Nice shots, I find #2 fascinating with the city glimpsed through the trees. Overcast conditions have given you nice even light to work with.

Karl:

Very nice. It's a trip in itself to follow the rooflines through the image.

Wonderful clarity and detail in that first city portrait , Karl . I like the second picture , too , with its glimpses of the city viewed through the autumn foliage . That 5D II / Zeiss 85mm is a supreme combination ! I'm quite jealous !

Hi Adrian,
thank you for your comment. The Zeiss 1,4/85 is not only supreme but nearly unbeatable in combination with the 5D II, I am happy about it
