I had a similar idea but images were not nearly as good as this one. Maybe it’s the dramatic lighting, the colour contradictions or something else. Anyway, this is a good one.

The only thing that bugs me is the different skin colours in the face and hands. Different light sources?

Happy shooting,
Yakim.

I like the light, and my wallet looks the same

Hey guys....thanks for the comments!!! the wallet sure feels that light on many days!

Yakim: The difference in tone/colour is because it was a single speedlight with a grid above my head aimed right at my hands. It looks like its the light fall-off that changed the tone on my face. I might try to see what I can do before weeks end if I don't work too many hours this week....

Thanks again!! Good luck!!

Hi Mike,

I love the contrasty light and the contrast between black and white in this shot. Very nice entry.

Best wishes,

Steve S.

Very nice entry and I think several of us have wallets that look the same.
Best of luck,
Tom

Interesting lighting choice. Adds drama!
