Ok, I'm up for the 20 year service award in my company and I can choose any Nikon product I want for $800.

Any ideas? I have a 14-24 28-70 and 70-200 along with a 80 1.4 and sb600.
What should I get It's free!

Nikons 400mm 2.8 VR.

Obviously that's the best deal for $800

What do you shoot? The SB900 is a good idea off the top of the head...

If you do wildlife, Nikon 200-400mm f4 VR. Otherwise, I'd say the new 70-200mm f2.8 VR-II, and sell your current one on eBay.

D60+kit lens or D5000+ kit lens for times when you don't want to drag around the big rig.

Other than that for 800.00 can you get a bunch of nikon stuff that adds up to 800.00??

I would try that route also possibly, Another sb-600+ 2 nikon gel kits, remotes invalometers(sp?),filters etc etc...

Any product you want, provided you pay $800? Or anything up to $800, which the company pays for?

If its the first, minus while go big with a 600mm, a savings of over $10,000.

How about the 105/2.8 AF-S?

Ok, it's $800 max. It's not $800 off a $10,000 lens either

SO far the 105 2.8 sounds good, but alas, it's more than $800 up here in canada.

Sell me your 28-70/2.8 for $900 and combine that with the $800 and get a 24-70/2.8.

If you cannot think of something you need, get the most expensive item you can and then sell it.

Do you have a decent tripod? $800 will buy you a nice 3000 series Gitzo CF.

You should get a Nikkor 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5

And than send it to me lol. Just kidding. But the
10-24 sounds like a lot of fun to me. Just my opinion.
