A few osprey pics from SJWS. Still looking for that golden shot.

1. Sorry for the not so good quality of this shot due it being heavily cropped, but I just like this pose a lot.

Very nice Quang, you were certainly in the right place! My favorites of these are number 2 and I love the eye in 5

Beautiful soaring shots Quang... too bad he came up empty both times because you were in good position.
I'm so glad you posted #1... that pose is awesome and I don't remember ever seeing it head-on like this before.
Better luck next time.

I always feel so bad for them when they miss or lose a fish. Nice job getting the action!

Very nice captures, Quang. I like how you framed the first shot: great pose indeed. That shot, together with #5, is my favorite.

Excellent captures Quang. I like them all but the pose in the first one is a super one.
Hope you have even more luck next time out.

I also like the pose you captured in the 1st one. The flight shots are my favs in this set.

You'll get a lot of failed grail attempts before the Osprey reward you with that golden moment. Just keep trying and your day will come

Thank you to all for your time and comments. I really enjoy taking pictures of these guys. It would neat to capture one with a big fish. Hopefully I will be able to get one soon.
