I forget the name of the place but it is in Northern Wisconsin. These are from early last summer. I used a D90 and 17-55 dx.

I really like the first one for its content and the little boy's expression. That is an African Spurred tortoise (Geochelone sulcata). Good looking specimen with no shell pyramiding. They are the third largest land tortoise behind the Galapagos and Aldabran. I have one in my back yard.
