Yakim:

I think this is a great idea. The droplet makes it work well. Nicely done.

Cheers,
Rich

10X Rich. That's exactly why I focused on it.

Hi Yakim...

I've always enjoyed your posts in the Weekly Assignment and this is another great one.

I'm thirsty now...I'll think I'll go pop a cork!

Was intially thinking along the same lines myself, but your execution is far better, a great capture, nice dof.

Best of luck.

Hi Yakim,

I really like the idea and the execution, but I am bothered by one little nit--and this has to be just me--but isn't Tuborg a beer (it looks like a beer bottle to me) and the drop looks like wine, so the drop throws me off. I am probably the only one who feels that way though. I still like the shot a lot, however.

Best wishes,

Steve S.

Great idea, I feel like I should stick my finger out and catch that last drop so that it will not be lost.
Best of luck on a great entry,
Tom

Thank you all folks. I'm glad that you liked it.

Steve, this is a regular drop. It may be a colour issue (AWB in RAW, unchanged in DPP) or a screen difference (mine is an old, uncelebrated CRT and it looks O.K.) or possibly a difference between the beer formulas in different countries (unlikely IMHO). Or it may be something else, I just don't know. I ran out of guesses.

Happy shooting,
Yakim.
