Spike Lee is a Chinese American kick-boxer and stunt double in martial arts movies. He also owns a chain of Chinese fast food joints in southern cal. Sorta the Papa John's of Americanized Chinese cuisine.

Spike is neither white nor is he Chinese... I don't know what is going on here.

wassa game 6??!?

game 6 is 27th heaven to steal the headlines from a couple NYC newspapers from yesterday, if that makes it any clearer

and that certainly could be a 5D2 there

Hmm, the Stanley Cup playoffs don't start until the spring.

exactly, what makes one more think of ice hockey than the grass greening and the robins coming back!

for the record, I have actually put my filthy american paws on the actual stanley cup (in late spring a few years back)

anyway, Spike Lee generally shoots the stanley cup game 6 using a 1200mm f/5.6 on a 5D2.

What are the Americans mad about now?

Canada's unfair tariffs on Emus raised in the USA.
I think. I'm not really sure actually.
But it must be something like that.

3" for NBA games? What is the longest FL you can get in a 3" lens length?

I assumed that 3" was the FL, i.e., 76mm. You might get 400-500mm with a mirror lens.

it looks a little short to be the 85, maybe the 50 1.4?

i think it's just the perspective

50 1.4 doesn't have such a large front element
