I got the lens a week ago and I think I have finally something to show.
A little compilation of different shots... I hope Philippe and others will join

Stunning landscape shots. Little, if any distortion. Great color. Drat. Amazon wish list updated.

Alas not all days/shots can benefit by good light, come November in France.

This was a quick shot taken on a little family outing...the exposure wasn't the best, but it came out okay.

Very interesting shot of the house on the right, Tim. You make it to look like a human face. Well done!

Now look at that nice 3D. People who can't see that must be missing one eye.

Hmm, call me one-eyed, but I see a lot of perspective, but no 3D... Nice shot, btw.

3D...no 3D....either way, I'm extremely pleased with this lens so far. I wish I had this a few weeks ago while I was shooting waterfalls.

I was with my wife and kids when I took that shot....didn't really pay attention to what I was doing, the clouds were very overexposed, I was able to bring enough detail back though I think.

Snowboarder -- beautiful shots. I have to know, are the sunset seascapes close to being "out of the camera" or have you done substantial post-processing?

Wow! Stunning !!!!

I put a link to them on my website and even created a short topic for discussing it! makes me want to own a canon now. I had the nikon version but i think this looks better. If only they made one for the sony

Lots of nice pictures. It seems the new Zeiss works very good when you stop down, but how does it perform at f 2,8. are there soft corners at f 2.8? I am shooting northern lights including landscapes.Shooting with canon 5d. And yes,i know i am looking for the holy grail :-)

It's amazingly sharp at f2.8.
I've posted some test shots, here you have it + a center and a corner crop.
If there is any softness, it's simple a shallow depth of field...
