Busy, sharp background is distracting. It is overly interesting and draws attention away from the model. Her shirt is blown out. Facial expression reminds me of when my wife gives me the 'you are so clueless' look. The body stance only enhances that feeling. This women could benefit from a changed venue and posing that is more, may i dare say, inviting....paul |

Since I am often humbly reminded of my own limitations, especially when prognosticating, I would not naysay. There could be ways to rescue this. My approach would be the scientific method- bumbling around. Try B&W conversion +/or tight crop +/ background blur etc. You never know. Besides it's all a learning exercise, anyway. The artistic version of 'it it doesn't kill you it will make you stronger'. Trying to work this through can help your next photo shoot...kind of ' I am not going to do it that way again'. It's part of how I grope/learn....paul |

It seems you didn't marry an exhibitionist. Serious mistake for a photographer. At least there are landscapes, sports and tabletops. Better luck with children? |
