I took this shot while traveling through Death Valley. There were so many wonderful colors in the rock formations.

nice lighting, great lines , wonderful composition.

Great comp, and I like the inclusion of the human element - it give a nice scale to the shot.

I like it very much Ray - lovely rich colours and light. The poeple really enhance the scene.

Two things:

Could make a fine stock image, especially with the figures in the foreground who seem to be soaking up this spectacular view - though I'd edit out the bent over person (or bag?) in green.

Interesting to see this shot made at a later time of day with the edge of light coming from beyond (instead of behind) on the side of Manley Beacon.

It detracts from the wonderful shapes and form that you have captured.
