It's taken at El Matador beach tonight. We are blessed with the beautiful sunsets
in Southern California right now, as soon as there are any clouds on the sky,
I try to take advantage
It's a comp of a few shots taken for the different exposures - sky, sand and rocks.

BTW, it's taken with my new love - Zeiss 21 ZE

This is composed beautifully. The color is superb, and it is an excellent representation of the "rule-of-thirds". Amazing!

Excellent shot! I wouldn't mind seeing a tiny little bit more details in the foreground though.

It was a bit of a struggle to me to decide how much I wanted to bring the fg back...
On my monitor I can clearly see all the details in the front face of the rock,
it's dark, but the detail is there. I didn't want a cheap looking hdr effect.

Gorgeous color and comp. I would consider cropping the bottom 1/4 and make this into a 1:2 format. Great image!

Jose, I considered that, but I thought there was not enough symmetry in the image
to support the horizon in the middle
