This was shot this past year on the way to Sol Duc Falls on the Oly Pen. The same trip Rick and I took when we eventually met up with Ute, Don, and the gang. This is actually a crop from one of the shots on the way in. I thought it made for an interesting abstract.

Hope you do, too.

Hi John, I like. The dappled blurred reflection with just a little see through to the rocks below are very nice. It works for me. Rick

This is a nice abstract.
The color & distortions in the water make it

Nice abstract John. I'm curious, was this on the trail in there?

Fun image - the crop worked quite well. I have always been fascinated by the color of the waters up here in the PacNW and this one brings that out nicely.

John,
Even though you are shaking the jello, you can just make out the fruit pieces inside.
Good water abstract. This could easily go on a wall in a modern style house.

Rick - Thanks for looking. Maybe you can abswer Tim's question below?

Ray - I appreciate the kind comments and thanks for looking!

Sharon - Thank you so much!

Dan - Thanks for looking the nice comments!

Tim - Thanks, I'm glad you like it. This was oof the road to the right on the way in. It was kind of a popular place. If I recall, it had restrooms as well. Rick can probably nail it down to the exact place.

Alan - Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. As much as I like to shoot water, sometimes this kind comp slips by me.

Mike - I like your analogy. Lime jello? Thanks for the nice comments!

Very cool shot, John. Incredible range of greens here, and the clarity and refrated highlights are gorgeous.
Kudos for adapting the line from one of my favorite movies.

Terrific! Good eye to see this possibility in a 'full' image.
