Would it be wise to adjust the 7D focus using spot AF, or would the regular single point AF be more appropriate? |

It's the same AF sensor being used differently so don't think there's a point to using spot AF. AF adjustment tends to be with flat targets of decent size so I think either mode will be fine. |

The Canon Techs suggest we use a single focus point. |
