The Coorong is a very special place in South Australia. It is a narrow lagoon 140kms long, separated from the Southern Ocean by unbroken sand dunes. It is home to many species of birds and a place of great spiritual significance to the traditional owners, the Ngarrindjeri people. ![]() 2. Here you can see how the water has receded. ![]() 3.
