Good angle, composition.
Not a fan of the processing style, but that's just me.
Foreground figure has a bit too much motion blur for my taste.

Yes, I'm sure you'll find it's real hit and miss with this processing.
I'm one for the "hit" vote. I enjoy this type of processing, and it's especially effective on these street shots. I say, "Now bring on the fisheye and distortion, too!"

This is a nice capture, but the tone-mapping turns me off a bit.
