Photographs all taken in N.E. PA. Nikon D300, lenses as indicated. Comments welcomed.
1. Hanging in there. 300 AF.

2. Swans on Lake Tohee, 300 + Kenko 1.4, fairly large crop.

3. Autumn reflection. Manual Focus 28MM. Photo is orientated as taken.

4. River view. Manual Focus 28MM.

5. BG Chick-A-DEEEEEEE. 300 AF. This little guy landed near me, ( well same county ) , making for a very heavy crop.

6. Milk Weed Pod. Sigma 180 macro.

7. Autumn leaves. Sigma 180 macro.

8. Red bush with berries. 300 AF.

Wonderful patina on the first leaf accompanied by a lovely pastel BG
#4 is simply stunning, love the depth perspective and the moody light. I think this also qualifies as an Egret shot too
#6 is a great shot, really nice light, sweet details and good tones

I see you are enjoying all of natures simple beauty, good job!

Have to agree that 4 and 6 are the picks of this very nice bunch. I think you'll #5 isn't a chickadee. Looks more like a kingbird.

Hi Rob.
Thanks for looking and the picks. Iam not real sure about the bird, the bird books show the Kingbird as 8 1/2 to 9 inches, this bird maybe seems smaller. Maybe some expert will chime in. Again thanks for the imput and cheers.
