Love your work, love to know what you were standing on to get that angle on #11.

Was this around the distillary?

can I try to guess?

standing on other side of bench that you see in #10?

I only say that 'cause I got a similar angle in an eshoot in may by doing that

Most of them are very nice. The truck shot where the girl is looking through the window with her elbows on the truck would have been SOOOOO!!! much better if her right arm was not blockiong part of the face. Nice set. I would be surprised if the were not be pleased.

I would let the sign on the candid. she is hanging on the pipes showing a story to the sign.

great set! , you definitely cannot have ANY wind with that 86" PLM. I tried using mine the other day with just a light breeze and almost lost a light! I caught it right before it went down and closed it up. it is amazing the surface area that it has to catch light...... and wind lol.

12, 14, and Win Port.

I like your double-watermark in 2b :-p

Is 1 just a *little* bit tilted? (and not in a good way)

The more I look at 12, the more I like it. Nailed the comp.

4 with the guy growing out of her arm is either scary or strange. Makes or breaks the photo, but not sure which? Leaning towards breaks.
LOVE the ring shot, love the serious to laugh shots.

Great set overall!

I like them all very much so I'm just gonna talk about the nitpicks.

5a and 5b, his arm and hand on the waist look a bit feminine, a more masculine pose would suit the picture better I think.

Victor S: Paul C Buff makes a hell of a brolly.

ai3x: indeed - sounds perhaps self-serving, but booking clients who you also gel with personality wise (and style wise..!) = that much better of a session, IMO.

kitty: Fly me out there, we'll make it happen on the cheap!

hardlyb: Mix one part photograph with 1 part JCPBL00. Mix until firm and consistent. Bake @ 425 for 4 hours of editing.

musclepics: I'm happy you find the session decent! I would love to have a look at your work sometime, but could not find any in the posting history nor URL.

Malik: ty sir. It was scary having the ring hovering so high in the air. :S

Steph: TYVM. 'winport' reminds me a ton of an anime opening, where the wind catches the lead characters hair and rushes by in a swirl of cherry blossoms.

Chris: I'm glad the interaction/fun came through.

Pinhead: Thanks.

Roger: agreed, I have one like that, but it's natural light.

Lisy: The setup was a pain in the rump! Not always using the two lights, though, but I think it's visible which shots did/didn't. List for gear was:

Light: AB800x2, ABR-800 (used, but not shown here. This I'd kept in the car, so it didn't actually go anywhere with us). x2 stands, one 12' I believe, one 9'. PCB wirelsss triggers. 1 brollybox, 1 PCB para, a stripbox on a few shots. All of this is lugged around in my very first light kit bag, an 'Opus' brand, which is falling to pieces. Vagabond II as well.

Camera: 5DII or 1DsII (I'm not sure as this was around the time I switched over), 24-70L, 135L. cK undies. Profane t-shirt. Puma shoos. Knockoff Gucci shades. Maxim Extra Strength deodorant (very important! )

Justin: As their were plenty of closed in areas, I was able to give the PCB a good workout on some shots. Where I didn't have a walled in area (and no assistant), I had to either stand on it with my foot (the stand) or just not use it.

Kirstin: yeah, the chair shot always seems tilty, not sure about that yet. Film look noise filter I don't know quite what you mean.

Bouncing: Def. the distillery! 11 was actually shot standing on one of the bikes from the bike rack area (or the rack itself, I forget which).

Tony: tyvm

kim: 12 made me happy, as it looked just as I'd hoped on screen as it did at the time I shot it.

Dog: I rarely, if ever, have people love the sets that I do, so I doubt I will get used to it.

Freshhh: Def. an opinion thing. I loved (still do) that trash the dress sesh, most people just didn't feel it.

Aron: werd up holmes, wish it had rained.

cdales: ty for the kudos.

Ziff: I will not make a Mighty Morphin' Wood joke.

Josh: My laziness will probably keep the sign in.

Mrs Jupiter: TY! Scary avatar!

Steve: ty sir. It was tricky lighting that portion.

Beni: ty for zee feedbacks!

bryan: Will check it out re: #1. Naughty tilt is the worst kind.

Sarah: Bofem!

HJ: Well, it *was* just Hallowe'en...!

Quantam: ty for the feedback. I somewhat agree, I may have posed him differently.

Pat: FTW or FTMFW?

Dude, you are a freakin' mule! I've carried a lot of stuff, but nothing like that. Vag II strapped to your back? That's gangsta...

The pix: 11, 18, and Win Port.....wow!

Great set.

I like 7,16, 18a.

No critique since you made the silly comment in your original post, but yes...some could have been left out.

Great set. I'm not sure about 4 though, that extra shadow is distracting and the girl looks like a lifeless mannequin. Other than that nitpick, fantastic set. Distillery district ftw.

If you are going to PSD out the sign in #20 see if you can match the white housing box to the pipe color. As is I find the housing box distracting. Only nit pick. Strong set all around

How the hell did you carry all that by yourself? Pretty big accomplishment just on that fact alone. The pictures are great, but I think a few of your older sets were stronger. Still really good considering you did them solo. I esp. liked 3, 4, 7, and 17a.

great set!!
Only thing for me (if I have to be picky) is the weird artifacts (sharpen?) on #16 (the wood next to the right)

Great set. What's going on with 16? Just behind the ring the wood looks kind of artifacty
