big ups to the talented katie disimone for handing this one over to me. follow her on twitter, she's awesome. wedding was at the ritz carlton lake las vegas resort, and a private reception was held at a relative's house.

also thanks to joey allen (he goes by 'form' here) for giving me a ride, and bringing some lights. couldn't have done it w/o you, comrade.

These seem similar to Ryan Flynn's processing, I like it.

I supplied the off-camera flash for the reception. I use it for almost every reception, usually combination of umbrellas or bounced flash and bare flash. Seeing as how the roof was pretty far away this time, umbrellas were used.

3 is where it's at. You're capturing a lot more genuine emotion and moments with a lot less need to 'look cool' - they just work. Some of your best, good sir. Kudos.

This is indeed a very refined Sergio set. I love it Serg. Has all the flavor we've grown to love about you but with a polished shine. I noticed.

I'll take a stab at that.

Look to the right. Do you see that candle holder thing? Do you see how a tad into the thing from the left there's a strong specular highlight from where the light from the window is being magnified by the glass?

I'm guessing that the same thing is happening on the left except now it's head-on light being magnified and causing the mother of all lens flare artifacts in the process.

I'm a fan.

Not the girlie groupie kind... the tough good looking kind.
