These seem similar to Ryan Flynn's processing, I like it. |

I supplied the off-camera flash for the reception. I use it for almost every reception, usually combination of umbrellas or bounced flash and bare flash. Seeing as how the roof was pretty far away this time, umbrellas were used. |

3 is where it's at. You're capturing a lot more genuine emotion and moments with a lot less need to 'look cool' - they just work. Some of your best, good sir. Kudos. |

This is indeed a very refined Sergio set. I love it Serg. Has all the flavor we've grown to love about you but with a polished shine. I noticed. |

thanks everyone. i did go for a "cleaner" feel overall for the couple, and i'm glad it actually happened. a lot of times i say that, and then i accidentally take a really weird set of pictures. |

one of the shots i think 19 (numbers plz!) looks like the bride is hugging a carboard cutout, i think it's some sort of distortion from the wide, other than that, it's a great set. Amusing knock at hoffer, i didnt notice it until someone else commented on it. haha. |

i understand your gripe with the distortion. |

I love the photography too, but there's something about the b&w processing that's throwing me for a little loop. Maybe it's the shitty monitor here at work, but the skin tones all look a little too neutral... almost like there's too much recovery, or something going on. It struck me really strongly when looking at 2 & 3. Everyone is almost exactly 18% grey or something. |

i see what you mean. the highlights are purposely brought down a lot. thanks man. |
