When I put the Battery Grip on my 20D, the battery level on the LCD indicates that the battery is empty, even though the battery just has been fully charged; if I ignore that indicator, I can shoot as long as if the battery was fully charged. |

I just sent it in for repair. It's still under warranty, I guess they'll give me a new one. |

interesting - never had this happen on either BG-E2N grips I've owned. Let us know what Canon has to say! |

Yup the BG-E2 used to have this, and other problems, especially when it was released with the 20D. |
