I'm not sure what color space you are using, or what WB these were taken at, but they are coming across excessively blue, and not very pleasing. The compositions are nice, I especially like the last one for it's simplicity.

1. One of the strongest of the sets. Very nice.
2. Blue at the bottom is ridiculously saturated. I don't like the loose composition (no unifying element).
3. Better than the one before but still the same thing.
4. Colors are really off. No subject in the photo.
5. Tilted and colors are off.
6. BG looks desaturated. Very busy.
7. Looks more like random splotches of color than a picture of a...tree?
8. Nice, not as "in your face" with colors and the leaves are separated from the background by the dark bg. Very soft light. Awesome.
9. Cool picture, less tilt please, blues too saturated.
10. Again, one of the strongest. Nice.

Hey Bob,

I see Yosemite made you lose your mind in how many shots you were posting...

Thanks for letting me know what I missed... I wanted to get up there, but just was not able to get away.

I like #2, but it comes across making me feel like it's a bit crooked... My favorites here are #8, 9 and 10. I usually prefer to have the road start in the center, but your #9 shot is really sweet how you composed it. It's definately my favorite of your series.

Some nice comps but have to agree with Jo at least on my monitor a very strong blue cast is coming across on all of these images, for me it is really hurting these otherwise very nice comps

I'm seeing the same thing in Firefox on a calibrated monitor.

I only see a photobucket error.

edit: error is gone now, but I agree with the people above: the images are too blue.

It seems that my PP doesn't jibe with the opinion of the majority here. The blue reflected the high altitude. It was natural. In pp, on purpose I didn't reduce it because it contrasted so well with the yellow fall color, I thought. I might go back and reprocess seome of these images and compare them side by side.

IN the mean time, many thanks for visiting and for all the good C&C.
