Going to Washington DC in 2 weeks, I have two opens days on the weekend and wanted to photograph some Stream Engine Trains. Any suggestions or a visa points that makes for a good overlook? Thanks!

Might be a too long of a drive but right off of Interstate 81 is Steamtown in Scranton, PA is nice for taking pictures. They have an operating roundtable. Tons of operating steam engines and old trains. There is also a trolly museum.
The PA Railroad museum in Lancaster, PA is nice also.
