I think your second image is much nicer than most I see in this POV.

Well done on that one!

Minor stuff could be changed...but the expression is what makes this so nice (to my eyes).

As prh5551 has already mentioned, the scarf, in #1, elludes me. I also think it adds little to the shot, but that is entirely my taste.

However, I like #2 quite a lot. The expression makes it for me, technicalities be darned.

The grain quality in #2 is an interesting effect and improves the mood of the image.

The hair position in #1 castes an unfixable shadow for her eye/cheek. If you try to lighten her eye she would look like an alien. Seems to me the dynamic range is too great between the two eyes.
