I would have thought that by now Adobe would have cleaned up its act. They had a real problem with customer service over the summer months, for which they had a story: |

I've given up on trying to get through to them. I am looking for a way to obtain a phone # that will actually connect to a person who not only speaks English but also has some clue as to how to HELP, which is why you called, right? Emailing is just as bad. So, anybody with a # to a level 2(at minimum) rep would be great!! |

Have you tried email? Just a few weeks ago, I had an issue resolved in less than 24 hours using email. |

No doubt, there are some issues that just cannot be handled thru email. |
