The funny thing is that after shooting with the EF-S60mm and tubes it took me several frames to get use to focusing the MPE-65 again -odd since the focal length is almost the same!? ![]() 4x @ F10: ![]() |

I suspect the MPE shortens it's focal length as you extend it, as far as I can tell there's not enough extension for 5x at the full 65mm (That would require over 30cm of extension). |

Congrats on getting it back. The compo in #1 is great, and I appreciate it more reading that you don't crop (should have guessed it from the name of your blog, and after so long *doh*). Have so far found it very hard to shoot the compo already worked out in my mind, than resorting to PP later. |
