Hello everyone!

This was a shoot to update the models portfolio with some images to be used for a comp card. We shoot about 5 looks in about 4.5 hours. I was working with my very talented MUA for all looks!

Let me know all your thoughts!

- Travis

Nice series. I absolutely love 3 and 4. I'm sure she'll be happy with these.

Gorgeous model. Nice work. Was the first shot against black background. The overall shot seems a little too much blue. Not a bad thing just wondering if the color might be just a little cooler than intended.

@ jfinite - Thanks so much!! I had sooo much fun on this shoot!

@ Gunslinger - It was all shot on "Thunder Grey". You know, thats a nice observation.. and I noticed that some shots came out nice and warm, and others were very cool... as it happened I like both.. but now.. I think the reason was because I stupidly was using AWB. Therefore I was getting inconsistent temps on some of the shots... all well.. next time I will pick one and run with it! .

I really like #5. In #1, my girly side is fixating on the shadows / chicken skin on the left side of her neck, right under her jaw. I have no idea how to fix it in PS but I would if at all possible.

I'm loving #2 but I'm not sure if it's because I like the photo or the fashion. #3 is a gorgeous photo.

Thanks Agilehound! Yeah, thats not very hard.. just some light opacity clone around the chicken should do it.. . I kinda like the shadows.. but I do agree on the little bumps... : )

Thanks for your eye!

I also like the series quite a bit. I think you did a nice job with the lighting. My favourites are 4 & 5. I don't personally like her make up in 1, I don't think that it emphasizes her beauty but rather it makes her look "rougher". But that's me, it's a matter of personal perspectives I guess!

Thanks everyone!

@ ml744 - Funny.. my MUA and one agency seemed to like the first one best.. .. maybe they just like the feel of the shot, or the "photography" of it. Dunno.. but it stood out from the rest.. and has now become one of my favs too!

@ LotsToLearn - Thanks for the kind words.. she was nice to work with.. and was able to get up at 3AM and into make up for the beach shot for 6AM (she also had to drive a long ways to me). One take away that I have.. is that "most" of the models I have shot.. they all need several frames (or time) to "warm up". My assistant caught her saying that when the time was up for bikini, she was just getting into it!! : (
