Quite impressive if they can pull off another coup. For almost everything except birding and sports FF is superior, I hope it's compact. |

They certainly wont be competing for the 7d/d300s market if it isn't crop, although I guess they could be trying to woo all the croppers into a full frame system. |

I too would immediately doubt that it is full frame, as it would be an entirely new chip, for a non-flagship product. I suppose time will tell. One thing is for sure, it's the same resolution as many of their prior APS-C chips. |

The resolution does make it look like they will be using the same piece of s#%^ chip as their entry models. |
