One of them does look like a statue, but I have some reservations about the other.
On the other hand I am not really up to date on modern art

Eric,
I can't react to this until I know if the motionless figure on the right is a bored "guard" or a statue representing a bored guard. Which is it, please.

The fella on the right doesn't seem too excited to be there. Judging from his laminate, I'm guessing he's a tour guide of sorts. His body language and expresson say, "Oh boy. Same tour. Same speil. I gotta find something more exciting to do." That's an easy judgment to make though. I could be worlds apart from the reality.
Technically speaking, I like the image a bit more when I scroll to lose the top part. It detracts more than it adds, in my opinion.
Always a pleasure to view your work, Eric.

It looks like the one on the left didn't use a training Bra, things have certainly headed south

Thank you for the comments and suggestions Lazlo, Charlie, Tim, Tim, and Ray.

@Charlie
Art is always up to the viewer to decide

@Tim
Cool commentary. I think I'll try cropping out that top part and see how it works out.

Perhaps.
But my quandary is this: If the figure on the right is a really clever statue, then kudus to the sculptor. If it's a bored employee, then kudus to the photographer .
