I was in Biloxi, Mississippi (on the Gulf of Mexico) yesterday where it was 82 degrees F and I didn't see any leaves that looked like that...

I like the concept and coposition, but think it would look better with less saturation on the coloured leaf. At the moment it looks a little too different from the desaturated leaves.
