manual lens on a DSLR

I'm selling a manual lens, and a prospective buyer has asked me a question.

The lens I'm selling is a Sigma 70 - 210 f2.8 APO manual lens that I've used on a Nikon film camera. The prospective buyer wants to put the lens on a camera he describes as follows: "Kodak DCS SLR/n. It's essentially an N80 body with Kodak electronics." Now here's his question:

Assuming that the lens mounts correctly on the camera, will the camera meter correctly with this manual lens? We understand that auto-focus won't work, and that he'll have to shoot in manual mode.

You'll have to use what's called "stop-down metering". Here's a basic tutorial:
