I can tell you are excited. Great series of shots and after seeing them, I think I'll jump in my truck and drive the 8 miles to get there. Al |

Well, I couldn't wait until my planned trip later in November. Went out for the weekend. Not the great numbers I'm used to, but still, it's an awesome place regardless. Thanks for all the comments. These are from this past weekend: ![]() Some nice colors: ![]() The Northern Harriers were in full force, first one is two Northern Harriers fighting over a kill with a falcon coming in to get into the fray, second one is two Norther Harriers fighting over the kill with some ravens hanging around waiting for some scraps: ![]() ![]() Final shot, SHCs were here, obviously not in the usual numbers as it still is early for the migration: ![]() |

The numbers are getting better every day. I saw about 3000 snow geese this morning and last night saw around 2000+ sandhills fly in. It's going to be a heck of season if the numbers keep growing the way they are. Can't wait to get home and start processing my pics from this year... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
