Is this cropped? It looks a little noisy.

Yes it is cropped, but just a little, about 5 or 10% the total size of the image. It is a little noisy because it wasn't taken with flash, and I used two incandecent bulbs for the ambient light, dim light (on purpose). Also the plastic texture on the speedlights is not smoth and not shinny, it is kind of grainny, and makes the photo look noisy.

I just wanted the green LCD panels, and the red lights to dominate the scene
