You think I should fix the sun red light, i mean the sun ray like a diagnol light (dont know whats called ). or it looks natural and i can leave that way?

Also do you think i should crop the very lower part especially around the lower right corner?

The red smear is lens flare. As flare goes, it's not too bad. It's unfortunate the lime of palms on the horizon isn't sharper. It would have added to the image. Have you tried sharpening?

I'm not sure you can fix the ray or lens flare, or whatever it is. I'd prefer the scene without it, but it does add some unusual interest. I suppose you could try to break it into several rays of various intensity.
The scene itself is quite beautiful and I love the layering of dark, blue, orange pastel, dark, orange pastel, blue and then up to the top layers at the far shore and sky.
If you decide to crop, I'd only take a sliver off the bottom, roughly matching the width of the darker band mid-lower image and the far shoreline.
