I am absolutely overwhelmed by this, and honestly have no clue where to even begin. I have received an email from an Ad agency who's client is a bank and wants me to quote them a price for a gigantic project that would use 1 of my images. I don't even have what a ballpark figure would be for something like this. They did say that they are getting quotes from other photographers as well. (don't know if that matters much) Essentially this is what they are wanting:

Usage:

Billboards: 2 quantity

Print – newspaper and magazine – 1 insertion per month in each of 28 publications

POP – in bank display only – 100 door clings, posters and/or table tents

Website – home page – will cycle with 4 other images

I could really use some help on this as my head is just spinning completely, lost. Thanks very much all, I honestly can't say how much I appreciate it!

See above, or go price it out on Getty or somewhere similar. From the sounds of it, it'll be a great sale if you can make it. Banks have TONS of money, both literally and figuratively, so do not go in too low.

Do you know how long (time) they will be using the images?

+1 on the fotoQuote software. The first time you license an image, it pays for itself.

That may or may not be true but unless you know where you fit in price-wise it really doesn't matter much. Go with a fee you feel is right for you.
